01 | Essential role requirements

Are you interested in variable gig work of 2–10 hours per week? Earliest start date? *

03 | Relevant experience & practical judgment

Years of hands-on indoor tropical plant care? Describe nursery, plant-care or commercial experience. *

How do you identify and respond to spider mites, mealybugs or scale while protecting clients/pets? *

Have you worked in occupied homes (nanny, caregiver, house/pet sitter) or client-facing businesses? Describe your duties and how you protect privacy, keys and access codes. *

How would you handle a concerned client, a spill/property damage, or an unfamiliar plant problem? *

Can you work independently, follow care instructions, send photos/visit notes, and promptly report issues? Describe how you manage punctuality and schedule changes. *
